Hidden Valley Counselling is tucked into the mountains on Hidden Valley Horses farm in Lillooet; a small, rugged, community along the Fraser River in BC's interior. Only a few minutes from downtown Lillooet, but it feels like a world away.

Using Your Insurance

Many extended health benefit plans in Canada include coverage for counselling with a Master Practitioner Clinical Counsellor (MPCC), but coverage always depends on your specific plan, so please confirm before booking.

How to check your coverage:

1. Log into your insurance portal and look for "Registered Counsellor," "Clinical Counsellor," or "Psychotherapist" coverage — not just "Psychologist."
2. If you're paying out of pocket, keep your receipt. It will include my name, my MPCC registration, and my CPCA association for your claim.
3. Ask if direct billing is available through your plan — this can confirm your eligibility automatically.
